I would like to take this opportunity to thank you
personally for the numerous occasions you have given
me help and advice over the last 16 years which has
been most welcome and helped me a great deal over
the years. However, it is also the manner in which
I have been treated that has been an important factor
for me and causewd me to remain with you through this
time. You have always taken time to explain things
whenever I have been in doubt and your team have always
gone out of their way to provide a friendly and efficient
service. Whenever I have telephoned or visited your
premises I have always received a friendly response
from your team and they have never failed to resolve
any problems I have had and provide a prompt response
to any queries or action that has been necessary.
On a personal note I feel we have become friends and
I hope you feel the same way.
Please pass on my thanks to all your team including
Sue and Vicki who have done a lot of my work of late.
I will recommend you to all my friends and acquaintances
