Meet the management

Emily-Talbot

Emily Talbot ACCA

Emily is a Director of Keller & Co. She is an ACCA qualified accountant and has over 20 years’ experience working in accountancy, specialising in personal tax and supporting small and medium-sized businesses.

She works closely with business owners and individuals to take the stress out of tax and financial compliance, providing clear, practical advice that helps clients make confident decisions. Her approach is friendly and down-to-earth, and she prides herself on building long-term relationships with clients who value honest guidance and a personal, approachable service.

Whether she is supporting clients with personal tax planning, self-assessment, or helping business owners better understand their numbers, Emily aims to make complex matters simple and accessible.

Outside of work, she is a busy mum of two and spends most weekends on the sidelines watching her children play football and gymnastics — usually while looking forward to a well-earned glass of prosecco.

Vicki Lewis ACCA

Vicki is a Director at Keller & Co. She is an ACCA qualified accountant and CTA qualified tax adviser with over 30 years’ experience in finance, including a strong background in banking before moving into practice. She specialises in supporting small to medium sized limited companies, with particular expertise in working alongside businesses in the construction industry.

Her focus is on giving clients clarity and confidence around their finances. Vicki takes a proactive, solutions‑focused approach, helping directors stay organised, plan ahead, and feel in control of their business obligations without unnecessary jargon or complexity. Building genuine, long‑standing partnerships with clients is central to how she works.

Whether she is guiding growing companies through their financial responsibilities or helping directors better understand their numbers, Vicki’s aim is always to make complex matters feel manageable and easy to understand.

Outside of work, life is busy with her young son, and when she gets a moment to relax, she can usually be found enjoying a good coffee — or unwinding with a glass of red wine.
